Making a complaint is a difficult decision and often associated with a range of upsetting emotions. The process also has significant consequences for the professional against whom the complaint is made. GANZ is committed to assisting all those involved in a complaints process to be as informed as possible. To assist clarity and transparency GANZ is currently developing this section on frequently asked questions (FAQs).
