Rudolf Jarosewitsch MEd.
Gestalt has been part of my life for the last 27 years, both in Germany and in New Zealand. I graduated with an MEd. from Freie Universitåt Berline, majoring in Adult Education. Apart from extensive exposure to Gestalt therapy in Germany, I also trained with GTILA, attending four of their European Residentials in the 1990's. In Christchurch, I co-founded the Integrative Gestalt Centre. My teaching involvement included training counsellors and Gestalt students. For the last nine years, my main focus has been on Couples Therapy, and in particular in co-working with my partner, Mirjam Busch. My article The power of gentleness was published in More Grounds for Gestalt (1996) and Aroha—or—what constitutes healing in psychotherapy? in Gestalt 1 (3) (1997). In addition I have written numerous articles, edited newsletters and maintain a website www.partnering.inet.net.nz

Brenda Levien MNZAC, MNZAP, Fellow Member of GANZ.
My first experience of a Gestalt workshop was in Canada in 1974 with someone who had just returned from Esalen. I was frightened, enchanted and I knew it was for me. I have 30 years experience working with people as a nurse, counsellor, Gestalt therapist, supervisor, trainer and organisational consultant. I trained in Couples Counselling and Person Centered counselling in the 1970's, this lead to work in Drug and Alcohol treatment research and to five years as Director of Counselling with Relationship Services in Christchurch. I began my Gestalt training in the 1980's in Dunedin and then finished my training with the Gestalt Institute of NZ in 1992, joined the teaching faculty in 1993 and I have been Director of Training since 2000. I regularly attend workshops, conferences and training internationally. I have presented workshops and papers at GANZ conferences, and with Alan Meara, co-wrote and published a paper in the Gestalt Review Teaching Gestalt in a regulated environment. I run a successful private practice and also work within organisations. For the past ten years I have been engaged with a team on the development of GANZ, (Gestalt Australia and New Zealand). Currently I am a member of the ethics committee and the training and accreditation committee. In the past I have run workshops at the Illawarra Institute and am now a guest trainer for the Gestalt Institute of Western Australia. I have a passionate belief in peoples' abilities to find creative solutions to life's challenges and a strong interest in how we capture these developments in writing; this includes the evolution of Gestalt theory and practice in this part of the world and how we describe the move of Gestalt into the wider community.

I am Co Director of Gestalt Therapy Brisbane. This is a new training Institute formed as a result of the merger between the Gestalt Association of Queensland Inc and the Brisbane Gestalt Institute. Before commencing as Co Director of Gestalt Therapy Brisbane I was Director of Training of the Gestalt Association of Queensland, 2004-2007.
I received my Gestalt training with the Gestalt Association of Queensland, which I completed in 1996. I joined the training team of the Gestalt Association of Queensland in 1996 and remained a trainer until I became Director of Training. I have maintained a private counselling, therapy and supervision service during all of this time. I work with individuals, couples and groups in therapy and in supervision. I am interested in working with people in order that they may live the life they desire.
I have an education background and have continued to work in some sphere of education over the past 10 years. I have been teacher, education officer, school counsellor, staff development and appraisal director and educational consultant during this time. In 2004 I obtained my Doctor of Education from the Australia Catholic University. At the present time I act as a consultant for educational leaders enhancing their ability to lead and facilitate change.
I am also an accredited teacher of the Enneagram and run public workshops and private sessions on this topic. I also work occasionally as a consultant to businesses and organisations. I am interested in developing the Gestalt approach to organisational work.

John G. Batros BSc, MA (Prelim Philosophy), DipGT, GradDiplSocSc.in GT, TSTC I am the Managing Director of Eudaemonia Human Resource Consultants and a lecturer in Organisation Dynamics at the Australian School of Entrepreneurship, Swinburne University of Technology. I teach Gestalt theory and practice to MBA students and bring it into my relationships with them. I convene the Gestalt for Organisations Group (GOG) at SUT. Formerly with BHP and Shell, I have a lifelong interest in how people work at individual, group and organization levels. As a Gestalt process consultant I have facilitated organisational development workshops for a large number of public and private clients. ‘Eudaemonia' is Aristotle's concept found in his ethics, of a superior form of happiness. My interest in philosophy made existentialism figural. Then, in the ‘70's, I found Gestalt therapy verbatim and—Aha!—saw Gestalt as a practical pathway to being. I believe it is an applied expression of existential philosophy.

Linsey Howie PhD, MA, DipOT.
As an occupational therapy educator and co-ordinator of the Master of Gestalt Therapy, delivered through La Trobe University and Gestalt Therapy Australia, I have considerable experience supervising student's research projects and developing their writing skills. I have been fortunate to have supervisors and editors who have scrutinized my own work and I am committed to supporting Gestalt practitioners disseminate their work through scholarly publications.

Leanne O'Shea MSc, BTheol.
Although I began my training nearly 14 years ago, my interest stretches back for more than twenty years. I began my Gestalt training in earnest at the Gestalt Institute of Melbourne in 1993. Several years later, I moved to London with my family where I completed a Master's Degree in Gestalt at the Metanoia Institute. Since then I have continued my studies in the United States and Australia, and from 2000 have been a faculty member at Gestalt Therapy Australia. I run a private practice in Melbourne. Currently my particular interests include the application of field theory to practice, and the erotic in therapeutic practice. I also have a passion for writing, both in terms of my own and the development of this craft in other aspiring writers.
