Emotional
Transformation (ET) is a profound method of healing.
All of the new therapies in the holistic
healing and personal growth fields have in common
the understanding that the body, mind and spirit
function as an integrated unit, via a field of vital
energy. Thus the main objective is to release
blockages at the energetic level, thereby bringing
the body-mind back into harmony.
Emotional Transformation works on all levels
directly and quickly. acting at the causative level
(energetically) and also releasing the associated
blockages physically. It is a synthesis of aspects
of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Yoga Chi Gung,
Thought Field Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique
and the work of Arnold Patent.
Emotional Transformation is a newcomer to a
group of techniques known as Energetic Psychology.
In simple terms these methods utilise subtle energy
exercises to resolve psychological imbalances. ET
works through the relationship between movement,
posture, speech, thinking, feeling and the eyes.
ET can be used a s a self-help technique or,
if one is working or studying in the counselling
field, it easily can be utilised in working with
clients. Although ET has been designed primarily to
transform destructive emotions and unwanted habitual
behaviours, it can also be used to decrease or
neutralise physical discomforts. |

In this workshop you
will be invited to rediscover your natural clown.
This is the part of you that found delight in the
world, where every moment was a revelation.
Your clown-self is spontaneous,
present-centred, and eternally curious. The key is
not effort, but rather the willingness to be
surprised every moment.
Unlike juggling or mime skills, this is not a
skill that can be taught. It is a state that is
often triggered through contact with young children.
In this workshop you will find out how to access
that state directly.
The workshop will lead you through a series
of unique physical, emotional and spiritual
exercises, communication and theatre games. These
processes lead to greater awareness, new energy
skills, and a means to shed the judging, computing,
evaluating censor within.
This leads to working/playing with your clown
character, stretching previously untried abilities.
By exploring stillness, postulates, intentions, and
other internal skills available in the clown's
world, a new range of resources is uncovered. These
discoveries inevitably flow on, enriching and
expanding everyday living. The workshop is
appropriate for people from all walks of life.
Success as a natural clown has nothing to do
with "trying to be funny" or with an ability to tell
jokes. It is fundamentally about being more fully
who you really are - your own brand of unique
quirkiness.

A workshop for all men
and women, in or out of partnership. Love's
challenges provide us with many opportunities to
learn how to be ourselves and in intimate
relationship. When two partners choose to work with
the obstacles arising between them, it deepens the
connection with themselves and with each other, and
provides a mutual sense of path and direction. In
this workshop you have the opportunity to identify
and develop the resources you need to live in a
conscious partnership. We look forward to
co-creating an enjoyable and enriching experience
that will take us all a step forward. The
numbers for this workshop will be limited. Couples
only. |

It is far too easy to
ignore the totality of meanings that accompany any
part of human mental life. Psychosis remains
curious, mystifying, exasperating and captivating,
despite being looked at from every imaginable angle
for aeons. In this session we will take as many
possible journeys as possible into this fascinating
terrain.

Orders of Love comes
out of the work of Bert Hellinger. He discovered
that there are inherent structures to families that
are more functional. Dysfunction arises from
movement against these healthy connections.
The method differs from ordinary therapy. It
involves members of the group, but there is very
little dialogue. After a brief introduction of the
person's issue, a family "constellation" is formed
by selecting a number of group members to stand in
for family members. They are placed at the same
distances from each other that the family members
occupy. The therapist then enquires as to their
experience. What is remarkable, time after time, is
how accurate are the perceptions that arise. What is
even more striking is how changes in the family
constellation as it is portrayed have an immediate
and long-lasting effect upon persons witnessing
their family being recreated. Finally, they step
into their own place in the family, now reorganised
in a more functional form.
The work is reminiscent of the Morphogenic
Fields described by Rupert Sheldrake.

Bio Psychology is the
science of the integration of body, mind and spirit
based upon the ancient Tantra yogic concept of the
50 vrittis. Each of the 50 vrittis
corresponds to a particular mental/emotional state,
which is physiologically expressed through the
hormonal secretions of the endocrine glands. This
spiritual science has been handed down for thousands
of years and is described in many Tantric texts. It
is highly relevant to current advances in
psychotherapy, based as it is on the philosophy of
holism. The workshop will explore a
description of the 50 vrittis, and relate Bio
Psychology to various schools of psychology and
current research in psychoneuroimmunology. The
workshop will also cover practical techniques to
correct imbalances in the energy centres and restore
body/mind harmony. Although the concepts are highly
sophisticated, they will be grounded in their
everyday application to both professional practice
and personal self-improvement.
Dada Viggi is a highly trained meditation
teacher, having studied and practiced yoga for over
25 years. |
