Description
This ticket grants access to a Community Connection event held on Saturday, 20 June, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am AEST (Melbourne/Sydney).
Reflecting on the positives in supervision and counselling is not about ignoring challenges — it is about strengthening our sense of competency, resilience and professional identity. When we notice what shines in our work, we anchor ourselves in the aspects of practice that energise us, sustain us and remind us of the impact we have. Moments of insight, attunement and connection provide a vital counterbalance to the emotional labour of counselling, helping us maintain wellbeing, perspective and purpose.
In this Community Connection event, participants will engage in both small and large group strengths-based reflective processes to honour moments of connection and growth. Together, we will identify, share and integrate positive clinical experiences — the “sparkly” moments that highlight our strengths and meaningful therapeutic impact.
This event is designed to foster collegial connection, professional nourishment and renewed appreciation for the work we do.
